In a milestone agreement, unionized dockworkers at Northreach Timber's coastal operations have ratified a new shift schedule designed to optimize labor resources and enhance competitiveness in the timber products industry. According to union officials, the vote was overwhelmingly in favor, with over 95 percent of eligible workers participating and more than 85 percent supporting the revised schedule.
